Refund Policy

At Rich Teacher Vibes, we strive to provide high-quality services and products that meet your expectations. Please review our refund policy below for tutoring, lesson planning support, professional development services, and apparel.

Tutoring Services

 

All tutoring session payments are non-refundable once the session has been completed.

 

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled session.

 

Cancellations made with proper notice may be refunded or credited toward a future session.

Missed sessions or late cancellations (less than 24 hours) are not eligible for refunds.

 

Lesson Planning Support

 

Due to the nature of digital and intellectual content delivery, all lesson planning services are non-refundable once the materials have been delivered or accessed.

 

If you are unsatisfied with the support provided, please contact us at berich@richteachervibes.com and we will work with you to find a reasonable solution.

 

Professional Development (Workshops, Webinars, Consulting)

 

All purchases for professional development services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

 

* Workshop or webinar registrations

* 1:1 consulting sessions

* Group training events

 

If you are unable to attend a scheduled event, you may:

 

* Request a transfer to a future date (if available), or

* Request a credit to be used toward another service

 

Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to request a transfer or credit.

 

Apparel and Physical Products

 

All sales of apparel and physical products are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any merchandise.

Please review sizing guides and product details carefully before placing your order. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at berich@richteachervibes.com, and we will address the issue accordingly.
